GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Glastonbury Police are looking for a couple suspected of stealing a Honda CRV from the town's Home Depot parking lot.
A surveillance photo at Home Depot shows a man and a woman around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday walking in the store, before the two were observed allegedly looking into cars in the parking lot.
When they found a running Honda CRV, they allegedly got inside and drove off.
The owner took their key fob with them, but left the car running and accessible.
Glastonbury Police stress always shutting off vehicles, locking them, and taking keys out of them before leaving them unattended. They note that certain vehicles, depending on their make and year, can run without the key fob present.
