Waterbury, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-A city man has been arrested for a shots fired incident Saturday night, police said.

Police said they responded to the  area of East Main Street at 8:43. An individual, identified as Marcos Santiago, 52 was seen firing shots into the air as he drove his 2014 Hyundai Tuscon through
the area.


No one was injured during the incident.

Police discovered Santiago's vehicle in the area of Hillside Avenue where he lives. Police recovered a loaded 9mm handgun from his vehicle.
Santiago, a convicted felon, was arrested on several offenses including breach of peace, reckless endangerment and several weapons charges.

His bond is 750,000.00 pending arraignment.
