MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ A shooting suspect in Southington was arrested on the Arrigoni Bridge.
According to Middletown Police, Southington Police began pursuing the shooting suspect Sunday evening on I-691.
The suspect turned off the highway and went into Middletown.
Stop sticks slowed but didn't stop the suspect.
A Southington officer crashed the suspect's vehicle and arrested the suspect on the Arrigoni Bridge.
The suspect was transported to New Britain General Hospital for minor injuries sustained in the crash.
Southington Police have not released more information about the suspect or the shooting at this time.
