Bristol, Conn./WTIC Radio - A popular Bristol eatery is shutting its doors for good.
The owners of 150 Central posted on Facebook that the restaurant and bar would be closing immediately.
The post states "It’s normal for finances to be tight. But it usually all works out in the fall and winter. A few weeks ago, we were forced to close unexpectedly due to a shortage of staff in the kitchen".
That and the skyrocketing costs of food and utilities, payroll and other expenses were also given as reasons for the closure.
The owners say they, like many other restaurants, were hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic and found it difficult to recover.
The post says 150 Central had been in business for about ten years.
