Manchester-based Shady Glen announces the closure of one of its restaurants.
Shady Glen has announced its location at the Parkade on the Middle Turnpike W will be closing this month.
The closure comes amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Connecticut Restaurant Association warns business and occupancy restrictions in the pandemic could cause more than 2,000 restaurants to close by 2021. The association is asking for $70 million from the State. The Lamont Administration says it is working on a plan.
