STORRS, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ UConn Men's Basketball was able to return to practicing on Saturday after a positive test forced quarantining.
The Huskies were in full quarantine for seven days due to a positive COVID test result. Since no positive test has been detected since the start of the quarantine, the Huskies will now enter a modified quarantine that will allow them to practice as a time with additional risk mitigation (such as masking) for a full 14 days.
UConn has had to postpone its first three BIG EAST conference games during the pause, bringing the total to five games on UConn's schedule affected by two pauses.
The next scheduled game is against Creighton on Sunday, December 20, at Gampel pavilion.
