PUTNAM, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are looking for a suspect in connection with an early morning burglary Wednesday at the Wendy's in Putnam.
The suspect entered the Wendy’s around 5:04 a.m. Wednesday, at which time they got into a safe and stole approximately $2,100.
Upon review of the video footage and evidence on scene, the suspect is believed to be a former employee with possession of a key to the building and an access code for the alarm.
It is unknown if the suspect fled on foot or in a vehicle.
Troopers have developed a suspect whose name isn't being released at this time.
