Rare Connecticut rattlesnake bites two dogs

Bob Murray's heart sank when he walked into his Glastonbury, Connecticut, back yard and saw what was about to happen to his two best friends, his dogs Listo and Tanner. A rare, endangered timber rattlesnake big both dogs in the face. Listo, a miniature pinscher mix, needed a tracheostomy to breathe, while Tanner ended up with a swollen face. Both dogs are recovering.
