According to a post from the city of Middletown Professional Firefighters Local 1073 Facebook account, units are working a structure fire.
There's no word on the extent of the fire or if there are any injuries.
On February 7, 2010, an explosion at the plant that was under construction at the time killed six workers and injured scores of others.
