He's the suspect with the scowling mugshot.
Twenty-nine-year-old Raymond Lapinski of Hartford is being held on a million-dollar bond, charged with threatening the life of a police sergeant.
After yelling out the threat, police say Lapinski then got into his car and slammed on the gas, resulting in a chase through the capital city that topped a hundred miles an hour.
Police say Lapinski brandished a knife when he got out of his car, but
dropped it when cops reached for their guns.
When Lapinski was booked, the wild-haired suspect looked straight in the camera and made an angry look for his mug shot, with all his ivories on display.
