Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Waterbury have made a second arrest in the death of a man last month.
On Tuesday, officers picked up Nigel Robinson, 19, in connection with the November 18th shooting death of Joseph Zavala, 18.
Already under arrest for the incident is 20-year-old Duane Mercer.
Robinson faces charges including murder, conspiracy and possession of an illegal firearm.
