Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is dead and Waterbury police are investigating it as a homicide.
It was a little after midnight when police received a report of shots fired in the area of 69 Washington Street.
Investigators say the victim was dropped off by private vehicle to St. Mary's Hospital.
That's where Roberto Baez, 30, was pronounced dead.
Detectives collected evidence at the scene but are still seeking a suspect.
