Six people have been left homeless by a residential fire Sunday morning.
The fire raced through a multi-family home at 555 Capitol Avenue prior to sunrise.
Six adults living in the residence are being assisted by the American Red Cross in finding places to live temporarily.
No injuries were suffered in the fire, which caused significant damage. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Bridgeport Fire Marshal's Office.
