SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - South Windsor Police arrest a man who allegedly followed a woman and tried to record her at a local gas station early Tuesday morning.
Police say they responded to the Valero Gas Station on Sullivan Avenue around 3:20 a.m. Tuesday on the report Robert Milone, 57, of South Windsor, had allegedly parked behind a woman in a vehicle to prevent her from leaving and then pulled up alongside her vehicle to try to photograph or record her.
Milone is charged with second-degree breach of peace and is due to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
