BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ State Police are investigating a fatal shooting on Route 8 in Bridgeport.
Troopers rushed to Route 8 Northbound in Bridgeport around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.
A man was found suffering gunshot wounds. He later died at an area hospital.
Police say the shooting was targeted.
The victim's identity isn't being released.
So far, no arrests have been reported.
