FARMINGTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police arrest a New Britain man with third offense DUI in connection with a crash on I-84 in Farmington.
Troopers responded to the accident around 4:51 p.m. Friday in the area of Exit 37 on I-84 Westbound.
Michael Kilduff, 31, of New Britain, allegedly crashed into the back of a Toyota Tundra ahead of him in the center lane during an attempt to pass him.

The Subaru Legacy that Kilduff was driving rolled over in the center and left lanes.
State Police believed Kilduff was under the influence and subsequently failed a field sobriety test.
Kilduff is charged with third offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, reckless driving, improper and unsafe passing, failure to maintain proper lane, and interfering with an
officer.
He is out on a $50,000 bond.
No serious injuries were reported.
