Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - The Waterbury woman accused of keeping her stepson locked up for more than two decades was back in court for a hearing Friday.

A judge ruled that Kimberly Sullivan is allowed to return to that Blake Street home to collect personal belongings.

On another front, a request to have her GPS monitoring bracelet removed was continued.

In addition, prosecutors say they need more time to redact medical records in order to keep the alleged victim's identity private.

Sullivan's attorney balked at that, saying they're entitled to those records as part of her defense.

The now 32-year-old set fire to the home last February in an attempt to escape.

Authorities say he weighed only 68 pounds at the time.
