Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - One person is under arrest after Waterbury police say the driver of a stolen box truck plowed into several vehicles this afternoon, including a pair of police cruisers.
The incident occurred on Grand Street.
Police report there were minor injuries in the crash.
That area of grand street had to be closed to traffic as police processed the scene.
