Stratford, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Stratford is reinstituting face mask requirements for all town buildings.
Mayor Laura Hoydick says the mandate takes effect on Monday.
She says the recent spike in Covid-19 cases led to the decision that employees and visitors mask up at all times in common areas of municipal buildings.
That includes Stratford Town Hall, the Baldwin Center, and the South End Community Center.
Hoydick says local businesses will make their own calls on whether to require masks.
