East Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - East Hartford police have arrested a suspect in connection with what they say was a violent sexual assault last week.
It was last Friday, June 16, that officers say the suspect, 31-year-old Tyonne Pierce, entered a home on Whitney Street while the victims slept.
One victim awoke to being touched sexually by Pierce, said investigators.
He then forced a second victim to touch him.
One victim fought back, allowing the other party to flee the bedroom.
Police say Pierce fled out a window.
He was arrested Monday at his home.
