
New Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in New Haven have made an arrest in a stabbing from Tuesday night.
Officers say around 10:00 p.m., they found a 50-year-old male victim from West Haven with stab wounds to the face and chest in the 400 block of Elm Street.
He was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Meantime, police say they spotted Willie Boulware running from the scene, eventually taking cover behind a vehicle before he attempted to walk away.
Police say they ordered Boulware to stop, which he refused.
A taser was deployed and officers say Boulware dropped a bloody knife before he was apprehended.
He is charged with assault, interfering with an officer and carrying a dangerous weapon.
Bond was set at $750,000.
