Southington, Conn.(WTIC Radio)-A man faces charges for allegedly exposing himself on the Rails toTrails in Southington, Police said.
Police said several community members complained that a male suspect on a skateboard was exposing himself to walkers and actively masturbating. The incidents occurred over several days in July.
Descriptions by witnesses helped identify and locate Emmanuel Martinez-Morales, 30.
Police applied for an arrest warrant through New Britain Superior Court. Martinez-Morales turned himself into Southington Police.
He's charged with three counts of public indecency and three counts of second-degree breach of peace.
He's scheduled to appear in New Britain Superior Court September 2nd.
