Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Two people were arrested early Tuesday in an unlikely place on solicitation and drug charges.
The two are facing charges after state police say they were engaged in sex acts in a car parked at the entrance of the Troop H barracks in Hartford early Tuesday morning.
Under arrest are Willie Ferrell, 34, and Diandra Lysik, 48.
A trooper trying to gain access to the parking lot around 12:30 am. noticed the pair in a Porche Macan sport utility vehicle in various states of undress and showing signs of impairment, along with money and a white substance Lysik allegedly said was fentanyl, and crack cocaine.
Both are facing solicitation, drug and other charges.
They didn't have to go far to be booked.
Both were processed right there at Troop H.
