Wethersfield, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Wethersfield are investigating what they're calling a suspicious death.
Officers called to the scene Tuesday just after 6:00 p.m. found a woman in an apartment at 1320 Berlin Turnpike.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The State Police Central District Major Crimes division and the New Britain State's Attorney's office are assisting in the investigation.
There's no word on how the woman died.
Police do say the incident appears to be isolated and there is no threat to the general public.
The person's name has not been released.
