HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A 16-year-old boy is dead after he was shot early Monday morning in Hartford.
Police were called to Martin Street shortly after 1 a.m. for the shooting.
The teenager was taken to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The shooting is the capital city's 28th homicide of 2021.
There was no immediate word of any arrests.
