Norwich, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Norwich, two teenagers were injured Monday afternoon after the bicycle they were riding collided with a pickup truck.
Just after 1:00 p.m., Taftville Fire, EMS, and police personnel were called to the scene at Hunters and East Pratt Avenues.
Both teens were lying in the road upon arrival, police said.
One victim appeared to have life-threatening injuries.
Firefighters used air lifting bags to lift the pickup truck off the bike.
Neither of the victims was trapped but both were transported to hospitals for treatment.
The driver of the pickup was not injured and is cooperating with Norwich Police.
