The plane cartwheeled off a house and smashed into a shed. That's when this resident felt the earth move. "The house shook," said Marisol Acevedo: "It was loud."
Also speaking to WFSB Channel 3: Danbury fire chief Richard Thode. He was amazed to see the two people aboard were able to walk out of the wreckage. "It's incredible that there was that much damage and there weren't worse injuries."
Marisol Acevedo spoke with a woman who emerged.
Says Acevedo, "She was happy that she had her teeth. She said she's happy she had her teeth. I'm like, 'That's great!'"
