Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Waterbury have made a third arrest in connection with a fatal shooting last month.
A warrant charges Nicholas Chiapponi, 26, of Glastonbury, with murder in the death of Jarron Chapman, 26, of Waterbury.
Chapman was walking out of Waterbury Superior Court on March 21st when he was shot.
He later died at an area hospital.
Police have already made two arrests in the case.
Dante Howell, 29, of Meriden was arrested April 10th.
A day later, Deera Nelson, 21, of Meriden turned herself in.
Both are facing murder charges.
Detectives say the case remains under investigation and that additional arrests are expected.
