A three-year-old has been struck and killed in a crash earlier Wednesday morning in Manchester.
Police say the little girl was struck in the area of East Center and Munro Streets around 4:35 a.m.
The child was taken to Connecticut Children's Medical Center where she died.
The man who was driving the vehicle is cooperating with police.
No other details are available at this time.
The cause remains under investigation.
