Hamden, Conn./WTIC Radio - Former President Donald Trump's arraignment on charges he mishandled classified documents doesn't seem to have hurt him politically--at least not yet.
A new poll out Wednesday by Quinnipiac University in Hamden shows the ex-president still holding a commanding lead over challengers to his standing as GOP presidential frontrunner.
Trump holds a 30-point lead over his nearest competitor, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis--53-to-23-percent.
Most of the other Republican canddiates are polling in the single digits.
In a hypthetical rematch of the 2020 campaign, President Biden holds a slim lead over Trump, 48-to-44-percent.
