Two arrested in West Haven child sexual assault case

WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - West Haven Police make two arrests in connection with a sexual abuse case involving a child.

Police allege that Elizabeth Jordan, 42, of West Haven, engaged in sexual intercourse with an underaged individual and recorded the sexual encounter.

It's also being alleged that Jordan then disseminated this video to her associate, Josh Bailey 44, of Milford.

Police add that Jordan allegedly sent other images of another underaged individual to Bailey for his sexual gratification.

Jordan, who turned herself in, is charged with second-degree sexual assault, second-degree conspiracy to commit sexual assault, two counts of voyeurism, two counts of disseminating voyeuristic material, risk of injury to a minor, and unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.

Bailey didn't turn himself in but was arrested in Milford in connection with an unrelated incident. Bailey is charged with second degree criminal liability to commit sexual assault, second-degree conspiracy to commit sexual assault, two counts of criminal liability to commit voyeurism, two counts of conspiracy to commit voyeurism, criminal liability to commit risk of injury to a minor, and conspiracy to commit risk of injury to a minor.
