Hamden, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Police in Hamden say they have charged two 9th graders for their part in a fight Monday that led to both students being injured.
Officers say the two got into an altercation at a bus stop on Dixwell Avenue.
A 13-year-old 9th grader stabbed a 14-year-old 9th grader in the back, according to investigators.
Both were taken to the hospital and treated.
They're both charged with assault.
There's an increased presence at Hamden High School today as a result of the incident.
