WINDSOR, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police say two Massachusetts residents are dead following a wrong-way crash on I-91 in Windsor.
Police say Dominique Loiselle, 25, of Brighton, Massachusetts, was driving a car in the wrong direction when she struck a truck head-on around 12:35 a.m. on the northbound side of I-91 in Windsor.
Both Loiselle and her passenger, James Bowen, also 25, of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, were killed at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the truck, which was traveling in the proper direction, was hospitalized at Hartford Hospital for treatment and evaluation of possible minor injuries.
