A federal bankruptcy judge in Houston has now approved an order that allows cases to advance on the one and a half billion dollars
Alex Jones has been ordered to pay to Sandy Hook families.
It's a sum that Jones's lawyers argue that he can not afford.
Since Jones's company -- Free Speech Systems -- filed for bankruptcy, his salary is now controlled by the court -- And Jones has now asked Judge Christopher Lopez for a raise.
Jones proposes $100,000 a month, up from the $40,000 he now makes.
Says Judge Lopez, ask me again in a month.
