VERNON, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Vernon Police identify the South Windsor man killed in a moped crash Wednesday.
Police say Owen Wright, 70, of South Windsor, was traveling in the area of RT 30 near I-84 Exit 65 when the moped Wright was riding collided with a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup truck.
Wright was taken to Rockville General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Vernon Police are investigating the crash.
The driver of the Dodge pickup is cooperating. So far, no arrests or charges have been filed.
