North Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - The state inspector general's office has released police body cam footage of a standoff in North Haven this week in which shots were fired.
No injuries were reported in the incidnent that unfolded on Monday involving 50-year old Robert Mazurek.
Police were called to a home on Cloudland Road Monday night.
As the incident stretched into Ruesday morning, a SWAT team deployed a chemical agent in the home which the I-G says prompted Mazurek to fire on five SWAT team members.
No one was hit.
Mazurek was taken into custody and is facing criminal attempt at assault and other charges.
