(WATERBURY, CONN. WTIC)-A Waterbury man faces charge in an incident Monday afternoon where a man died after being shot and a dog suffered a gunshot wound to the face.
Police were notified that a male party was dropped off at Waterbury Hospital after shots being fired on Arch Street. He later died. Police identified him as 21-year old Aaron Fulton of Waterbury. The circumstances of his death are still being investigated. But police have arrested 22-year old Anthony Delvalle. He faces charges including tampering with evidence, hindering prosecution in the third degree, false statement, and illegal sale or transfer of a pistol or revolver. He was released after posting bond. The dog was treated at an animal hospital.
