WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Waterbury Police identify the city's latest homicide victim.
Police say Julaquis Minnifield, 43, of Waterbury, was found shot in the area of 358 Walnut Street, where there was a report of shots fired around midnight Sunday.
He had been transported to Waterbury Hospital but later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
