WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Residents of the Truman Apartment Complex on North Main Street in Waterbury got a rude wake-up call.
It was about 4 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, when police responded to reports of a Jeep Cherokee driving erratically through the area with passengers hanging out the windows waving guns. On the traffic stop, Waterbury Police recovered a ghost gun and ammunition and one occupant was in possession of drugs.
Four people were arrested. Nayshaun Owens, 18, Savion Ettson, 19, Ariangelie Martinez, 20, all are being held on $250,000 bond. Jose Soares, 19, is being held on $150,000 bond. Charges involved weapons, narcotics and vehicle offenses.
