Rocky Hill, Conn./WTIC Radio - One person is dead and a woman is facing charges in a fatal crash between a vehicle and pedestrian Sunday night in Rocky Hill.
It was just after 8:30 p.m. when Rocky Hill police and fire personnel were dispatched to Glastonbury Avenue.
The victim was treated at the scene and rushed to an area hospital where they later died.
The driver of the vehicle Sarah Bezdelovs, 23, of Rocky Hill, remained on scene.
She was subsequently arrested and charged with operating under the influence.
That investigation remains ongoing.
