Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - One person was killed and another injured in a crash along Interstate 91 in Hartford this morning.
Around 2:40, a car and a tractor trailer collided in the area of northbound I-91 exit 29-A.
The deceased victim, identified as Paula Garcia, 53, of Easthampton, Massachusetts, was pronounced dead on scene.
The second victim was taken to an area hospital.
That person sustained non life-threatening injuries, according to state troopers.
The stretch of highway was shut down for several hours while police processed the scene and the crash was cleared.
