(Tolland, Conn./WTIC) - A man is under arrest after state police say he crashed his vehicle into a motorcycle in the wee hours this morning.
The crash occurred just after 1:00 at the intersection of Hunter and Crystal Lake Roads in Tolland.
Troopers say 24-year old Spencer Kraus of Ellington failed a field sobriety test at the scene.
Investigators say two people were on the bike, at least one of whom sustained serious injuries.
Kraus was booked on charges of evading responsibility, operating under the influence, failure to obey a stop sign, and assault with a motor vehicle.
He's being held on $250,000 and is due in court in Rockville on Monday.
