(Plymouth, Conn./WTIC) - State Police are charging a 43-year-old Plymouth woman with murder with special circumstances after a juvenile was shot to death Friday night and another was seriously wounded.
Naomi Bell is charged.
Authorities were dispatched to 104 North Main Street Friday night in the Terryville section of town on a report of a shooting.
The wounded juvenile was transported to Connecticut Children's for treatment.
Troopers say the children were shot in the residence.
Bell is being held on a $2 million bond and is due to be arraigned in New Britain Superior Court on Monday.
