Investigators don't know yet how a vehicle wound up submerged in the Connecticut River in Middletown. Police divers pulled a body out of the water on Saturday morning around 7:30 am.
They said the car went into the water off of Harbor Park.
Authorities have identified the person as 51-year-old Gautam Ramesh Mirchandani who lives in Stamford.
