A 55-year-old Connecticut woman is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in New Haven in connection with Friday's crash in Wallingford that killed 26-year-old state Department of Transportation roadworker Andrew DiDomenico
of Meriden on Interstate 91.
Police say driver Denise Lucibello remained on the scene, where she allegedly failed a field sobriety test.
Lucibello is being held on a $1 million bond and faces charges including driving under the influence with a suspended license.
Governor Lamont has ordered flags to be lowered in honor of DiDomenico. A statement from Lamont implores
"everyone getting behind the wheel to be fully alert and pay attention to what is happening on the road around them at all times.
