The Red Sox are set up for an exciting second half as they currently sit in first place in the American League East, and now a lot more Sox fans will able to listen to games online and on their phones.
Beginning with Friday night's game against the Yankees, all Red Sox games will be streamed throughout most of New England via WEEI.com, the WEEI live stream, and WEEI on the Audacy app (which can be downloaded here).
All of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont will now be able to stream games, as well as most of Connecticut with the exception of Fairfield County. Previously, Red Sox game streams were limited to the Boston metro market.
Please note: You may need to be connected to a WiFi network for the stream to work on mobile. Phones will often default to the location of the IP address (which could be different than the actual physical location of the phone) if there is no WiFi connection.
