Brandon Jacobs would like to remind the Giants that he's still here.

Jacobs, a two-time Super Bowl winner with Big Blue, suggested over the weekend that his former employers have given him the cold shoulder since his departure from the organization.

The episode began when the Giants took to social media to mark their 700th win as a franchise. A celebratory Instagram post included a graphic with some of the greatest players in team history -- but Jacobs wasn't among them.

A user alerted Jacobs to the snub, the New York Post reported, prompting a seemingly salty response from Jacobs, the franchise leader in rushing touchdowns with 60.

“I don’t ever get any love lol,” Jacobs wrote, according to the Post. “You wouldn’t even know I was there if I didn’t rep.”

Jacobs, now 38, goes by the Instagram handle "@nyg.td.record27."

But on Monday morning, the former 2005 fourth-round draft pick took to Twitter to clarify that his response was a joke gone awry.

The 6-foot-4 bruiser played nine NFL seasons, all but one with the Giants. He broke in as a goal-line back but strung together consecutive 1,000-yard seasons in 2007 and '08, averaging five yards per tote both years.

Jacobs left New York for San Francisco following the Giants' second Super Bowl title in 2011, but he played in just two games with the 49ers in 2012 before returning to finish out his career with the G-Men in 2013.
