The Giants’ banged up wide receiver corps took two more hits in the first half of Sunday’s game against the Rams, as Kadarius Toney (ankle) and C.J. Board (arm) were both lost for the game.

Toney, who came into Sunday’s game nursing an ankle injury suffered during last week’s game in Dallas, had three catches for 36 yards on the Giants’ first drive, but left after re-aggravating the ankle on the final catch and was quickly ruled out.

Board did not have a catch on the day, but suffered what appeared to be a serious injury to his left arm on a 37-yard kickoff return towards the end of the second quarter. He was tackled directly onto that arm and immediately came up in pain, and Board left the field on the cart with an air cast on his left arm.

The Giants did not have an update on Toney immediately after the game, but Joe Judge did say he was told that Board broke his arm.

"Not exactly sure what that means in terms of timelines, but you hate it for a guy like CJ," Judge said. "He’s a tough kid who does a great job competing, and he's pushed through every situation and keeps finding a way to make himself necessary."
