
(WWJ) Detroit Police are investigating a series of Wednesday night shootings, including one involving two teenage brothers.
A 15-year-old was playing with a gun last night at a home near Elmhurst and Livernois on the city's west side when he accidentally shot his 14-year old brother. The teen was taken to the hospital, last check in serious condition.
Staying on the west side, a 28-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman were both shot around 8 p.m. while sitting in a car at a stoplight at Schoolcraft and Burt when a white car pulled up and fired shots. The male is in critical condition while the female is in temporary serious condition.
About a half an hour later the city's east side, an 18-year old man was shot in the body on Gratiot near Flanders. He drove himself to the hospital in temporary serious condition.
