DETROIT (WWJ) - Police say a Detroit teenager who went missing last Friday morning has been located.
Detroit police had asked for the public's help to find 15-year-old Karay Farries.
His mother reported she'd dropped him off at a bus stop at Van Dyke and Mack Avenue on the city's east side before school around 7:45 a.m. Friday; but when she went to pick him up he never came to the car.
The mom became concerned when she asked around if anyone had seen him, but everyone she asked said that had not.
Police sent an update Monday afternoon saying that Farries was found and "is doing fine."
It's unclear where he was. No further details were released.
